Uug. The world is getting too complicated for me. But I dont think they enforce the dog poo in the parkway rule in Hollywood. I rarely go there but man, there was dog crap all over the grass in the parkways last time I was there. Disgusting.
Oh yeah, poop is disgusting, but it is less disgusting than pencil necks with unconstitutional power.
We have poop stations in our apartment complex. There are bags just for, uh...disposal.
