Coop Couture

Here's a heart warming story.   A group of nice ladies who like to knit found an unusual group to dress this winter.  These nor'eastern gals have knitting needles and yarn, chicken are shivering.  It's a win/win!

Many chickens do feel the cold.

And some seem suited to wearing a custom frock.

That may be.  One thing's for sure, though.  You don't have to be a chicken to look good in a sweater.

  1. This is so sweet ! I loved it.
I read about the oldest man in Australia who knits sweaters for the penguins who were in the oil spill near Phillip Island. He even knitted fancy ones.
Makes you feel good to read this news.

  2. I heard the story about the penguins, too...but I heard it was in New Zealand.

  3. I'll tell you what the dog thinks: if the chicken is cold, warm it up in the frying pan.
